September is such a fantastic month around here! The weather is really beautiful most days. My son’s birthday is this month. My favorite season has started. Oh, and in case you didn’t know, September also happens to be Library Card Sign-Up Month. Yes, it’s a real thing! Take a look at this link for more details.

When my daughter was only a year old, we took her to our local library and signed her up for her first library card. No surprise that I wrote a blog post about it back then, and you can click here if you’d like to read it.

Well, my son is almost 4 years old, and so it felt long overdue for us to go to the library to get him signed up for his very own library card. Our local library had a special library card sign-up event with fun children’s crafts, activities, and games. We love our library! ❤

Such a wonderful and unique milestone for my children to celebrate! It is my hope that they will have a lifelong love of reading. The book worm in me is happy!
