California has all sorts of beautiful cities, no doubt about it, and San Francisco is definitely one of them. Magnificent parks, amazing food, a variety of cultures, awesome nightlife, lots of sports teams, interesting history… There’s just so much to see and do in the “City by the Bay.”
While I have not been to San Francisco as many times as I have been to Monterey (see previous travel post), I can still say that San Francisco is the most diverse place to which I like to travel for a road trip. From Pier 39 to Chinatown, to Union Square, the Marina District and beyond, there’s something for everyone!
With that being said, most of my San Francisco photos are of touristy places, but I hope you’ll enjoy them nonetheless. My husband took some of these photos, so he’s credited for his.

San Fran is a very diverse city for sure! Try the Garlic Rose, best garlic themed restaurant!! Wouldn’t recommend for a first date meal. Lol π
